Ballroom Burn is a dance class designed to raise your heart rate, tone your muscles and teach you the basics of ballroom dancing.
Do I need a partner?
You do not need a partner nor do you require any previous dance experience to attend the classes.
The basic Ballroom and Latin American dance steps are put together in short routines that can be danced solo.
What will I learn?
You will learn basic Ballroom and Latin dance steps along with technique that will help engage different muscle groups. We choose some great well known music from all different genres and decades to accompany you. The classes are fun, energetic and lively.

£11 – 13 per class
£11 per class if bought by half term or £13 per class as pay-as-you-go.
